Get To Know Your Local Mobile Mechanic Pete...

Pete Homer is your local mobile mechanic servicing the Sunshine Coast. He has been living on the Sunshine Coast since 2013 with his wife and two children. Before that, he’s a KIWI through and through, but don’t hold that against him. 🙂

Pete grew up on a large sheep and beef farm way down in the deep south of New Zealand in a small community called Waitahuna. Growing up in this environment taught Pete many hard life skills, we all know life on the land is far from easy.

Being surrounded by family and cousins meant he was raised in a great home and a great environment. His values and morals are exceptionally high because of it! Good job Mum! 😊

Ok, enough sucking up to the Mother-In-Law. Pete married the love of his life (me) in 2003 and we began a life together. We’ve been on all kinds of adventures including many different countries, and two children along the way.

Being in business pretty much since we met, Pete and I have together created and owned 15 different businesses, from mobile mechanic shops to online jewellery and baby stores. We have huge knowledge between us and have been very successful.

Today, as our kids start the journey that’s High School, we choose Sippy Downs as our base. We know the area and we are a big part of the community with our children excelling not only in academics, but robotics and other skills as well.

Pete loves being a mobile mechanic. You can say it’s in his blood. No matter what changes we make in our lives, Pete is always drawn back to this.
